Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired

I feel like I do nothing but gripe about feeling bad these days. I was sick enough to stay in all weekend, but not "down in the bed" sick, y'know? I keep feeling like I'm taking something (please, please, not the flu), but never get sick enough to stay home from work or go to the doctor.

I stayed away from Mom and Dad's this weekend, though, because I was running a fever and dealing with tummy troubles. As it turned out, I think they had a lighter case of the same thing I had, though. And we hadn't been together in a week, so I know we must have caught it in two different places. Weird.

Speaking of weird, the temperature outside right now is a balmy 65 degrees. And we're expecting snow flurries tomorrow night. *rolling eyes* No WONDER everyone's sick!

Could be worse. The flu is everywhere. I'm sure I don't have the flu, because when I take the flu I can't get out of bed. And here I am, finishing my lunch break at the office.

Oh well. When I go home, I'll have a cup of hot tea and soak in a hot bath for awhile. That makes everything a little better.

All that sunshine outside makes me wish it was camping season. I guess technically it could be camping season, but not in a tent. *LOL* I really need to sit down with a calendar and figure out when I'm going to take my annual leave this year so I can space it out properly.

Well, lunch break's over so I'd better get back to work. Another fun Monday.
